Lincoln Elementary held its annual Spelling Bee on Thursday, January 25th. Fifteen spellers participated. First place speller overall was won by Sidney Hulse. Second place was earned by Stockton Kiblinger. Third place was earned by Mason Bernd. Students qualifying for the
Wilson County Spelling Bee were: Sidney Hulse, Stockton Kiblinger, Mason Bernd, Gabe Weaver, Octavian Novotni-Lerch, Aubie Neill, Zeke Batzer, Jed Baker, and Kenidee Bracken. The Wilson County Spelling Bee will be Thursday, February 8th at Fredonia High School at 9:30am.
Family and friends of spellers are welcome to come observe the Bee. Other participants in the Lincoln Bee included: Ezrah Joy, Joesiah Findley, Diem Stewart, Pypper Derby,Brielle Svaty, and Gibston Tharp.
