Use resources that are always UP-TO-DATE.  All the items listed above are dated.  The Internet is always changing to stay current.

Help students feel more in control of their learning--Challenge them by having them navigate to collect data rather than handing it to them.

Using real world data helps make learning more concrete, pertinent, and RELEVANT for your students.

Let’s be realistic--This will take work and time.  But, after each part is done, updating it takes much less time and effort.

Also--we must be flexible.  Not all students have Internet at home.  Technical glitches occur.  Sites & pages are sometimes temporarily down.  I could go on.☺
