Welcome to the FMS web page. We are committed to academic excellence and helping all students identify and develop their abilities and interests as they consider their present and future goals. We are sensitive to the unique developmental challenges of early adolescence. To address these challenges we offer exploratory classes ranging from music to computers, from family and consumer sciences to technology. All of our students are active in Homeroom and even enjoy a lunch on Wednesdays with our Homeroom teachers. Our teachers use a variety of instructional strategies to foster curiosity, exploration, creativity and the development of social skills. We encourage parent involvement and invite you to visit to see what neat educational activities are occurring at FMS.
