Kids for Saving Earth is an organization involved in conserving and protecting the earth's resources by reusing, reducing, and recycling. This club has an annual t-shirt sale as well as several recycling contests between homerooms. The goal of the organization is to make people more aware of their environment.

Fredonia takes pride in having the only pep club around. Pep Club is an organization designed to support the middle school athletic teams. It’s members go to football and basketball games to cheer with the cheerleaders, put on pep assemblies throughout the season, and create locker & hall signs.

Student Council consists of 6th, 7th, & 8th grade representatives from each homeroom. These students attend meetings to discuss topics such as school dances, special days, member responsibilities, and other school-related happenings.

Target is an organization at Fredonia Middle School that promotes an environment free of drugs, violence, and vandalism. The main purpose of Target is to help students find ways to cope with drugs and alcohol. In our school we work on ways to say no to drugs and ways to have fun and not use drugs.
